Mid-Town Manhattan Residential Condo
Energy efficiency project achieved over 100,000 kWh savings and $16,000 in customer rebates.
NYC residential apartment building
Cost effective emergency LED lighting. The solution provided emergency lighting for 20 residential hallways, centralized in a battery-inverter system. The building also achieved over 100,000 kWh savings from a LED retrofit.
Colorado Solar+Battery research
Designed an energy management system that monitors solar production, boiler & pump operation, lighting, battery capacity, and generator operation.
New York City Co-Op
Energy efficiency project achieved over 260,000 kWh savings, and over $50,000 in annual utility cost savings.
